Learn and practice powerful techniques like guided imagery, deep breathing, positive affirmation, and more while building a personal toolbox of skills to help manage stress, relax, and find gratitude in everyday life.
With our first publicly available experience, Hōm by Root VR helps users experience the life of a peaceful butterfly, gently floating through a beautiful forest landscape and enjoying the sweet nectars of nature’s generous bounty. Currently available modes include:
